Booking Policy
To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:
• MIORAH Extensions: 50% deposit required upon booking; remaining balance due upon service completion.
• Balayage & Highlights: $50 deposit required upon booking; remaining balance due upon service completion.
• All Other Services: Full payment is due at the time of service.
To ensure a smooth booking experience for everyone, deposit policies apply primarily to new clients. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in Miorah Salon & Apparel
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change.
• With 24 hours or more notice: No charge — your deposit can be refunded or applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: The full deposit amount will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. However, we kindly ask that you make every effort to keep your original appointment, as our schedule is carefully designed to provide each guest with the best possible experience.
